Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scenario Manager Dashboard operated by London Studios ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Scenario Manager Dashboard lets users browse, download, and—when signed in—upload community scenario files for use with Scenario Manager on FiveM servers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

• You must sign in with a supported provider (Discord or Google) to upload content.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your provider secure.
• You must choose a username that is not misleading, offensive, or impersonating others.
• You may delete your account at any time from My scenarios; see our Privacy Policy for what is removed.

Your uploads

• You retain ownership of scenarios you upload, but grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute them through the Service so others can download them.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• Uploads are subject to moderation. We may approve, reject, or remove content at our discretion.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, content that violates Rockstar/FiveM or platform rules, or material that is hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.

Downloads and use

Community scenarios are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing files before use on a live server, for complying with applicable game and server rules, and for any impact on your environment. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to breach security, scrape the Service abusively, or interfere with other users.
• Automated uploads or votes intended to manipulate rankings or moderation.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Scenario Manager Dashboard name, branding, and site design are owned by London Studios or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONDON STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) GBP £50.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless London Studios from claims arising out of your uploads, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described on the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
